Which plan is right for my property?
AUDIT identifies opportunities to improve. OPTIMIZE adds revenue management while you handle guests. COHOST adds booking management and guest communication. If you are unsure, select “I don’t know” in the form.
How is pricing determined?
All plans are quoted individually. Pricing depends on your property, its situation and the scope of support. Services, tools and any additional fees are specified before you commit.
Do you guarantee higher revenue or five-star reviews?
No. We work on performance opportunities and the quality of the stay without guaranteeing revenue, occupancy or ratings. Results depend on the market, the property and the experience guests actually have.
Can I work with you from abroad?
Yes. The form and our conversations allow us to assess your property remotely. The scope and arrangements are defined according to your needs and your property’s situation.
How do you support Airbnb hosts?
We assess and optimize your Airbnb listings, then coordinate reservations, guests and cleaning according to your plan. COOHOSTY is an independent service with no affiliation to Airbnb.
Are cleaning, photography and on-site check-in included?
The comparison covers photo assessment and check-in/out communication. A photo shoot, cleaning, maintenance or physical check-in are not automatically included. Any on-site intervention must be confirmed in your quote.
What happens after I request an audit?
You submit your property information and preferred plan. Our team reviews the request and contacts you to clarify your needs and propose an appropriate scope.
How do you use my information and photographs?
They are used to assess your request and contact you, with your consent. Our privacy policy explains the processing arrangements and your rights.
