Contact and responsibility
COOHOSTY is responsible for information submitted through this site. For privacy requests, contact benaissiimran08@gmail.com. Full legal entity details must be completed before commercial launch.
Information collected
We collect the contact, property, operational, authorization and objective details you submit, optional property images, consent timestamps and request status. Admin sessions and security rate-limit identifiers are also stored.
Purpose and consent
We use your information to review your property, reply to your inquiry and provide requested services. Submission requires your consent. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
PostgreSQL stores requests. Cloudinary stores optional images with restricted delivery. Resend sends confirmation and notification emails. Vercel may host the application. These providers may process data outside Morocco; required transfer and regulatory formalities must be assessed before launch. When enabled, PriceLabs processes the property address and bedroom count for a local rental income benchmark; contact details are not sent to PriceLabs.
Retention and rights
The default retention policy is 365 days after the last update, unless a service relationship or legal obligation requires longer retention. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent. The operator must review applicable Moroccan data protection requirements and CNDP formalities before launch.
Browser storage
With your choice to use the form, a draft is stored locally on this device to preserve progress. It is cleared after successful submission or when you select clear saved progress. Avoid using shared devices. Admin cookies are essential for secure authentication; no analytics or advertising cookies are installed.
